As the new Executive Director, you:
Are a proven team leader with the ability to inspire staff towards a common vision
Are strategic and able to stand back and take a long-term view of organizational success
Lead financial growth for the organization and identify new funding and revenue generation opportunities that are aligned with Ottawa Riverkeeper’s mission and vision
Manage the operations of the organization, report to the Board of Directors, and coordinate with the Board and the Riverkeeper on governance matters and strategic priorities

Not to worry, Meredith Brown is sticking around! In fact, we want our Riverkeeper focused on solving watershed-wide issues and building partnerships. Hiring a new Executive Director is a strategic move to help her do that.
